OUTSTAFFING CLIENTS ONLY
CONFIDENTIALITY AND NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
In consideration for Outstaffing granting Client access to
the password controlled section of this website ("Section"),
and other valuable service extended to Client, Client hereby
covenants and agrees that they will hold the trade secrets
of Outstaffing secret from all other persons, corporations,
and entities. Client acknowledges that all information as
to Outstaffing's business learned as a result of contracting
for service with Outstaffing is proprietary to Outstaffing
and of inestimable value. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE FOLLOWING
ARE INCLUDED IN TRADE SECRETS OF OUTSTAFFING: a) The names
and addresses of Outstaffing's Clients, candidates and employees,
in whatever form or list they may exist. b). The details of
Outstaffing's operation of its business, ancillary and support
services, including specifically, all information contained
in this Section. c) Client agrees to keep such information
confidential and not to disclose such information to anyone
except those persons expressly authorized to have access thereto.
d) Client further agrees not to use or permit the use by others
of Section information for any purpose(s) other than in conjunction
with their own business relationship with Outstaffing. e)
Client acknowledges and agrees to cease and desist any further
access of this Section immediately on termination of contract
with Outstaffing. f)
Client understands that all materials contained within this
website are protected by international copyright law.
