ARE YOU A TEMP AGENCY? No. Outstaffing does not have a pool of staff, instead we support clients in attracting and retaining their own staff.

DO YOU RECOMMEND USING TEMPS? No. Temporary staff are great for covering short term needs. Outstaffing recommends and supports the building of your own staff team and enables you to attract the best by offering excellent employee benefits.

WHO APPROVES THE HOURS WORKED AND PAID? Outstaffing pays staff based on client approved timesheets only. Alternatively, salaries or fixed working hours are pre-approved by the client.

CAN I PAY COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES? Yes. Outstaffing strongly encourages compensation plans that motivate. We can support hourly, salaried and commissioned payments and all types of bonus programs.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE? The charges are on a cost plus fee basis that reduces based on the number of staff. The fee ranges from 4% to 2%.

HOW DO I PAY THE INVOICES? Outstaffing offers clients the convenience of paying invoices by electronic funds transfer from an account of their choice.

HOW CAN OUTSTAFFING SAVE ME MONEY? By streamlining the employment function Outstaffing saves you time that you can reinvest in your business. In addition, risk and liability exposure are greatly reduced as Outstaffing is assuming that responsibility for you.
