Hiring & Termination Questions

DO YOU WORK WITH PART-TIME STAFF? Yes. Outstaffing understands that new and small businesses may only have one part-time employee working a couple of hours a week. Outstaffing has no minimum hours.

HOW DO I ADD A NEW EMPLOYEE TO THE SERVICE? It takes as little as one hour to add a new or existing employee to the service. All you need to do is give us the information (a simple one page form). We do the rest!

CLIENT - HOW DO I TERMINATE AN EMPLOYEE? As the employer-of-record Outstaffing must be notified of any employment problems, probations or pending terminations. Outstaffing will then support the client in the correct and appropriate actions to be taken. Outstaffing administers the termination process for the client including unemployment and benefits continuation.

EMPLOYEE - HOW DO I GIVE NOTICE/QUIT? As the employer-of-record Outstaffing must be notified of any employment problems or pending terminations. Outstaffing will support employees with notification to client.
