Comp insurance coverage for all employees, the premiums are
paid by Outstaffing and included in the bill rate.
DO I NEED WORKERS COMP INSURANCE? If you have only one
employee it may not be mandatory that you have Workers Comp,
however, should a situation arise your business may be liable
and uninsured..
WHAT ABOUT LIABILITY AND E&O INSURANCE? These insurances
are carried by the business and therefore each client must obtain
their own policy and a proof of coverage should be forwarded
to Outstaffing.
