Outstaffing has a policy of payroll management transparency; we provide an option that gives business owners, board presidents and designated supervisors online access to view payroll and HR information about assigned employees.  In addition, some clients find it useful to give access to accountants, CPAs, or auditors (third party access); this can be accommodated.

TRANSPARENCY AND PAYLOCITY ACCESS

Business Owner Access
Owner access is automatically set up for one person that will be granted primary access to their payroll information.   This allows the ability to see their payroll information, and run any necessary corresponding reports.  This individual will be responsible for verifying employee information during onboarding, unless delegated to a supervisor.

Supervisor Access
You can also designate one of your employees as a supervisor so that they can also view payroll and HR information. The business owner will still retain primary access of information of any supervised employees.

Third Party Access
Should your organization need to grant access to external financial entities or supervisory board members, please contact Outstaffing and we will assist in the setup.

Due to the sensitive nature of payroll information, we will need a Supervisor Set Up Request form. Simply complete the form and email or fax it to us.  Once we have set them up as supervisor, we will contact them and go over the details of their new access level.

PAYLOCITY REPORTS

As a business owner or manager, you need access to qualified and detailed payroll reports. As an Outstaffing client, you have a dedicated Paylocity payroll account for your business that will give you access to any reports that correspond to your business needs.  Examples include:

  • Compensation Detail Report
  • Year to Date Report
  • Annual Salary Report
  • Quarterly Reports
  • Payroll Reports
