AFLAC provides your family with money in case of illnesses and injuries. Below are the options that are offered. All policies are portable and rates do not change once enrolled.
- Short-Term Disability: Provides employees a percentage of their income per day missed from work.
- Life Insurance: Provides your family with a large sum of money in case of death in the family. Options include term and permanent life insurance plans. Coverage amounts from $50,000-$250,000.
- Supplemental Health Coverage: Policies such as Accident, Hospital, and Intensive Care provide benefits for hospitalization, doctor visits, surgeries, and much more. You can use the money to pay for deductibles or for personal expenses.
- Maternity Coverage: Get extra cash with an insurance package designed to pay benefits for hospitalization and disability. Benefits are in the form of cash for deductibles or personal expenses. Must not currently be pregnant.
- Supplemental Ancillary: Get extra cash for Dental and Vision. This can be used to supplement an existing policy or can be a standalone insurance policy.
Programs are discounted payroll rates. Most programs are a pretax benefit.
APPLYING FOR AFLAC
When you apply, the AFLAC representative will contact you to go over the plans you are interested in and determine premium amounts. Using the button below, just answer a few questions to let our AFLAC Agent know what you are interested in - this does not enroll you in any plans. AFLAC Voluntary Plans are available to all employees 18 to 70 years of age. Payroll deductions will begin after we receive notification from AFLAC of your elections.
Please note: The AFLAC programs are not guaranteed issue and will require a conversation with the licensed AFLAC Insurance agent.
MAKING CHANGES
If you need to make changes to your policy, you will need to contact the AFLAC Agent. The agent will process the changes and inform Outstaffing regarding necessary payroll changes.
PORTABILITY
AFLAC always goes with you! However, it will be your responsibility to continue your premiums. You can discuss this with your agent and make suitable arrangements.
