GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR NEW HIRE

Once you have decided to hire a new employee, you will need to fill out the New Hire Form to begin the onboarding process. On receipt, we will initiate a secure online web session that will step the new employee through the information needed (demographics, taxes, direct deposit, I-9, etc.) to activate them on the payroll.

Supervisor Approval - will be required to verify and accept the I-9 documents uploaded by the employee. 

Online Onboarding - Outstaffing operates a secure online onboarding process.  New Hires will be directed to the system to upload their personal information and documents.  All information entered will become part of their permanent employee record.  Each onboarding process is client specific, enabling you to add additional steps to the process, such as Employee Handbook Acknowledgement (sign-off), if you wish.
