Paid Time Off Tracking

Clients need the ability to define, authorize and track the accrual and use of individual employees' Paid Time Off (PTO).  To make it easier, Outstaffing offers clients the ability to define and track PTO within the Outstaffing payroll system.  We can implement and fully automate an individual client PTO (vacation, sick, personal, etc.) policy, using your written office guidelines (Employee Handbook).

Basic Features include:

  • Balance and usage on paystubs
  • Employee monitoring through the Mobile App
  • Supervisor access
  • Accrual and balance reporting
  • FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) and non-FMLA tracking
