Handling Terminations

We realize that while most employee terminations result from mutually agreeable circumstances, sometimes problems may arise from conflict and misunderstanding in the workplace.  Please let us know of any employment problems, probation, or pending terminations. Outstaffing will then support you in the most appropriate actions to be taken.

In the event of an employee Termination, you will need to complete the appropriate form(s).  These forms are located in the Client section of the Forms Library, under the menu item "Terminations".    If you have any questions or concerns about a Termination, please give our office a call.
